Michael Marquis is a seasoned property management professional with deep roots in real estate operations and investment. Based in South Portland, Maine, Michael currently manages a boutique portfolio of small multifamily properties throughout Cumberland County, overseeing approximately 100+ doors across 30 properties. With a strong focus on maximizing NOI, tenant satisfaction, and regulatory compliance, he has rapidly expanded the firm’s presence in the local market.
Michael holds an MBA in Marketing from Endicott College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Mercy College. He is an Accredited Residential Manager® (IREM) and a Licensed Associate Broker (#BA927851) in Maine. He also holds multiple specialized certifications, including:
- InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector®
- CCPIA Certified Commercial Building Inspector
- IAC2 Certified Consultant (Indoor Air Quality & Mold)

Prior to his work in property management, Michael led high-performing sales and operations teams at companies like Wayfair, Cengage, and Evantage USA. He also brings an educational background to the table, having taught business, economics, and accounting at both the high school and technical institute levels.
Today, Michael brings a uniquely strategic lens to property operations—combining boots-on-the-ground knowledge with data-driven decision-making. He currently resides in Scarborough, Maine, where he enjoys investing in real estate and helping owners protect and grow their portfolios.
